Warm Up based on Running in Circles Type of Drills

The Running in Circles Warm-Up module introduces a series of running-based drills that develop coordination, rhythm, agility, and posture control. Designed for TeamGym and gymnastics athletes, these exercises combine dynamic running variations with technical walking drills to activate the body and prepare for training.

The module includes drills such as easy jogs, heel-to-glute running, open hips with high knees, side chases, lateral crossover steps, ballet walks, toe walks, heel walks, and forward bends while walking. Each exercise improves a specific aspect of movement: from explosive leg power to flexibility, balance, and upper-body coordination.
