Key Skills & Techniques: Group Elements
The Group Elements module highlights the importance of teamwork, trust, and coordination in TeamGym. These exercises go beyond individual performance by focusing on cooperation, safety, and synchronisation—key aspects of successful group routines.
This module includes team lifts and trust-building exercises, which encourage athletes to work together, support each other physically, and develop the confidence needed to perform group-based acrobatics and choreography.
