Key Skills & Techniques: Balance


The Balance module focuses on developing stability, posture, and control, which are essential for elegance and precision in TeamGym performances. Through progressive drills, athletes learn to maintain steady positions, coordinate their movements, and prepare for more advanced elements like pirouettes and scales.


This module includes exercises such as supported holds, unsupported holds, scale (supported and unsupported), preparation for pirouettes, and pirouettes forward and backward. Each drill is designed to improve core engagement, alignment, and confidence while balancing both static and dynamic positions..
